Koza & Bower filed the 1973 patent for pre-generated finite-pool instant lottery tickets — the scratch-off mechanic that seeded a global industry. One co-founded Scientific Games and later authored the field of Genetic Programming at Stanford; the other engineered the first production run. Kobow is the software heir to that invention: the AI-coordinated operating layer that carries the lineage into the regulated lottery era, 53 years later.
