iLottery vendor landscape · sourced & counted.

Major iLottery game vendors serving US and Canadian state lotteries — NeoGames (Pollard subsidiary via Aristocrat), IWG (Lottery Supplier of the Year 2025 per EGR B2B), plus state-deployed catalogs from PA iLottery and BC PlayNow. Counts below reflect what we have actually captured into the VPS catalogs as of May 2026.

✅ VERIFIED HARVEST — Every game tile and every text field below was fetched live from the official PA Lottery Portal API at pailottery.com/srv/games/api/public/game/{id}/?format=portal.json. Each row's source URL, HTTP status (all 200), byte size, and sha256 hash are stored in the provenance manifest. Raw API responses are preserved in /opt/slot-engine/pa_verified/games/*.raw.json for independent audit. No image on this page is synthesized, AI-generated, or edited — they are the same tiles the PA Lottery website serves to its players.

Out of scope right now: NeoGames and IWG vendor images remain suppressed pending a separate verified harvest. The PA library already includes IWG-powered and NeoGames-powered titles deployed in PA (e.g. Wild Time, Power Hour, Bankers Bonus), so the per-vendor breakdown can be reconstructed from the PA dataset.

Switch tabs to explore each vendor's portfolio. NeoGames is Pollard's iLottery arm (acquired by Aristocrat); IWG is the major external competitor; PA & BC catalogs show how state lotteries deploy mixed vendor inventories.

PA — state lottery deployment (data from PA Portal API). NeoGames — Pollard JV / Aristocrat-owned iLottery vendor (data from neogames.com). Hacksaw — online-casino slot vendor (data from hacksawgaming.com); included as visual/mechanic reference, NOT deployable to US state iLottery. IWG — Lottery Supplier of Year 2025 EGR B2B; text-only press records (per-game images not captured).

IWG PARTNERSHIP MATRIX

Where IWG is deployed (2024-2025)

Documented from IWG press releases. IWG is the major competitive threat to NeoGames in core Pollard markets — especially Kentucky relaunch and Pennsylvania eZ eInstants.

🎯 Strategic implication for Pollard

IWG is aggressively expanding into Pollard's primary territories. Kentucky relaunch (Pollard's home state) + Pennsylvania "eZ eInstants" category + New Hampshire Wheel Spin all happened in 2024-25. IWG won "Lottery Supplier of the Year" at 2025 EGR B2B Awards.

Counter-positioning opportunity: NeoGames (Pollard subsidiary) + Kobow physical-to-digital bridge mechanics. The 6 Kobow product proposals are explicitly designed for cross-platform deployment — physical scratch art that translates 1:1 to iLottery, giving Pollard a story IWG can't tell.
